Who Am I?
PHILOSOPHY
I want what is best for my clients, not in completing a transaction that only benefits myself. I also believe that the backbone of any real estate transaction is accurate asset valuation. Without a proper understanding of current market conditions and property value characteristics, successful acquisition or sale of real estate has a very small chance of success. I find that buyers and sellers either pay too much or sell too low. I want to help you avoid that.
METHOD
I present multiple buying and selling strategies for my clients. In my listing process, I ask about your objectives in the selling process to determine my approach:
- Is your goal to get the most your property is worth, and are you willing to be patient with the market?
- Would you like to achieve a fair market price and sell your property within 60 days?
- Or do you need to price the property to sell right now?
