Does John require a signed buyers agency agreement or listing agreement for a consultation?
No
Does John only work normal business hours?
No – John works when it is convenient for you. You will quickly realize that John answers his phone when it rings, and promptly returns calls and text messages.
Does John only work with investors?
No – John and his team work with virtually all buyers and sellers of real estate – from institutional buyers, to first time homeowners and everything in between. Rest assured if we are not well situated to provide the best possible service for your situation, we will refer you to a qualified agent.
Does John manage rehabilitation projects?
Yes, John and his team can provide supervisory services on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope of your project. John also has a plethora of trades contacts (including designers, stagers, and architects) and can provide you with many contractors for your project.
How long does it take to sell a property?
No two properties are the same, therefore there is no cookie cutter answer to this question. John’s mentor often claims, “an over asking price, quick sale only shows that the agent did not know what the property was worth to start with.” John has multiple strategies to get the results you desire and would
be happy to discuss your particular goals and provide guidance to achieve those results.
Does John handle commercial transactions?
Yes – John has extensive experience with commercial properties. John has also acted as the general contractor for several commercial projects in the area, and is well versed in commercial property valuations, rental rates, and construction methods.
Does John manage property for investors?
At this time John is not engaged in property management but would be happy to provide multiple companies that you can work with.
Can John help me with my financing needs?
Yes! John has worked as a licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS#2117296), and is very familiar with conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan guidelines. Additionally, John has relationships with several commercial banks, and hard money lenders.
Does John work with international buyers?
Yes, John has all the contacts international buyers will need to acquire property in the United States (legal and accounting professionals).
